It's still very hard to accept. We really cannot question God, but Death was so unkind this time. I cannot forget that ready made smile on your face and the way you laugh straight from the heart with every statement. it was very contagious. The last time we were together was in your office and we were chatting away like in your living room. There was never a dull moment with you. Niyi in Ogbomoso treated me like a brother when you introduced, that was the effect you had on people. Your Aura was special. May God bless the Family you left behind everyday all day. Tope and the boys, Please be STRONG. RIP ROJ.

RIP big bro |

I remember how Roju used to put Seun and I on check. I had the previlige of having good conversations with him anytime I paid Seun a visit. I must admit, I learnt alot from Roju and in hindsight I am grateful of the opportunity I had. Roju inspired me with the way negatives can be turned into positives. Roju was not only a Big brother to me but also a mentor. I was devastated when I heard the sad news but God knows best. However, I am grateful to God for meeting someone like him, Rest in God's bossom bro. I pray God would fill the void and look after the family Roju left behind...Amen!!!!

Roju Osunbade,
What can I say? We met during our youthfull escapades in exploring mother earth: between UI & Ife....back in 96/97. You were a friend and later became a brother when we jammed again in Surulere(Okoyo Thomas/Aguda). Rojuuuuu, I recalll the last evening we spent together at the pool side of Chelsea Hotel Abuja. We jisted, laughed and had great fun together!
All i could say is you fought a good fight & you lived a good life: May God give your wife: Tope who we only met once (@ Shoprite) and the boys the grace and fortitude to bear the great Loss of a Hero, Father, Husband & Friend! Sleep Well in the Bossom of the Lord!
Farewell......!

Mr Roj,
My heart bleeds with so much tears in my eyes. It is so hard to believe that you are gone. We cannot question the almighty God. Roj you were real and a hard knocker, and you always got your boys back. Now your in a better place to watch over your wife and kids and make sure nothing happens to them. What happened has put a new world in me, and i sure see things differently. Roj words are short, rest in perfect peace.

Roju, everything about you was fun, happiness and courage that very few people possessed. You were a big brother to us all of Damola's friends. You will not be replaced, but we will always remember you with joy.
Sleep well in the Lord's bossom till we meet again.

Oh my very dear ROJBOY!!! |
June 12, 2012 |
As we grew from boys to men;
Learning, seeking, questioning.
You showed us how to always see;
The brighter side of everything.
Never sad, forever glad;
Such was the attitude you had.
I always wondered, how could one;
Always be so bubbly as the sun.
Your life has blessed;
And much joy you've spread.
Now to the Lord my tears extend;
Grateful that you, He chose to send.
And that you're with Him in the end!
Love you,
Love you Bro

Roju, may God grant you eternal rest in His bossom. We are remembered not for the number of days in our lives but for the life in our days and you led a good life. I pray God grants Tope, your kids, Damola and all those you left behind the fortitude to bear the loss. Rest in perfect peace, bro!
